Every Cold Spring Tutor lesson begins with a twenty-minute mindfulness training session. Each of these training sessions teaches a personal development skill meant to foster an essential mindset for answering that section of the SAT.
Following the mindfulness training session are three forty-minute lessons. The first is focused on test taking strategy. The second is focused on substantive learning. The third is focused on drills to fully integrate and review the test taking strategies and substantive learning sections taught previously.
